Welcome to a new section of the Abiding Way website, appropriately titled “News.” Here you will find announcements of upcoming retreats, information about new resources, and general updates for Abiding Way Ministries.
First up are a couple of updates to our Daily Devotional options:
Starting Monday, January 24th, you can find a new version of the Daily Lectio Divina podcast. This new option allows you to hear a short introduction, then focuses solely on the Scripture readings without instructional introductions. This version is perfect for people well-versed in Lectio Divina who wish to simply meditate on the Scripture.
We have a new version of our Song Reflections, which will continue to be provided as a Daily Devotional resource. Each day there will be a brief devotion based on a reading from the Revised Common Lectionary, paired with both a worship song and reflection questions. This resource can by used by individuals or by small group using the RCL in their Bible studies. Instructions and more information are available here.
